My personal mission in life is to ignite people’s creativity. I want to help and inspire everyone on the planet to level up their creative thinking and – most importantly – getting into action. I believe that you should “Think less, do more.”

Therefore I’m available for speaking engagements worldwide, including presenting at conferences, hosting a panel and holding workshops. I’m an experienced motivational speaker who presented at +100 events worldwide such as TEDx, Cannes Lions, SXSW, Creative Mornings, Hyper Island, Eurobest, Pecha Kucha, Kyoorius Designyatra, D&AD Festival, Adobe Creative Meetup, TNW Conference, United Nations HQ and many more.

The University of Transylvania and Leo Burnett Romania asked me to give a lecture to the students of ‘Leo Adcamp’. In my presentation ‘Find your Passion’ I shared my story about ‘The Backpacker Intern’. This idea is actually a combination of two of my biggest passions; traveling and working as a creative. In an interactive workshop I challenged them to find and share their passions too.

24th of July 2014 – World Merit Day – Liverpool – ‘Doing What Matters’

World Merit was founded to give life changing opportunities to people from all over the world that prove they deserve them. The organisation invited me to give a presentation at ‘World Merit Day 2014’ amongst speakers such as Malala Yousafzai and Sir Ken Robinson. My presentation ‘Doing What Matters’, was aimed at young people to inspire them to create their own path and change the world.

The ADCN (Art Directors Club Netherlands) asked me to give a presentation about my experience as The Backpacker Intern. I shared my ‘Backpack of Experience’ during a sold-out session in Amsterdam. Thanks for coming everybody!

 

1st of March 2014 – TEDxTeen – New York City – ‘How a piece of cardboard sent me around the world.’

I gave a TEDxTalk about my project at TEDxTeen New York City. It was an amazing experience. I got a big compliment from MTV Act, since they tagged me as one of their favorite speakers.
